Let’s connect ideas. Let’s create opportunities
Great changes begin when we decide to
work together
From Purchena, we connect people, organisations and cultures, turning shared ideas into projects that make a real difference in our communities.
At ILLIPULA, we believe in the power of cooperation, sharing experiences and the opportunities that arise when different knowledge, skills and perspectives come together. That’s why we promote initiatives focused on youth, non-formal education, civic participation, culture, inclusion and European cooperation.
Our experience has helped us build bridges between our region and other countries, take part in international projects and create spaces where young people, professionals and organisations can learn, explore and grow together.
Today, we want to keep building those bridges.
We welcome associations, NGOs, educational institutions, public authorities, youth organisations, cultural bodies and professionals who share our vision and want to develop purposeful initiatives.

What can we build together?
- Design and develop European projects, particularly through Erasmus+ Youth and other international cooperation opportunities.
- Create youth exchanges and mobility opportunities, bringing together young people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Promote training and non-formal education, fostering skills, intercultural learning and active participation.
- Promote cultural, artistic and community initiatives that connect local identity, creativity and cooperation.
- Develop inclusion, sustainability and rural development projects, creating opportunities for communities and groups with limited access to resources.
- Share methods, experiences and good practices, strengthening our capacities and developing new joint proposals.
Do we share the same vision for the future?
We would love to build bridges together!
How to participate as a young European
We would love to have you with us!
At ILLIPULA, we organise and participate in youth projects, European exchanges, cultural gatherings and learning activities that connect young people from different countries.
To get involved, explore our open calls and activities or contact us directly.
Tell us what interests you, and we’ll help you discover the opportunities that suit you best.
Every project is different and may have specific requirements concerning age, country of residence, availability or participant profile.
Before you apply, we will provide the essential information about dates, location, activities, participation conditions and any costs covered by the programme.
What matters most is your willingness to learn, share experiences, explore other perspectives and participate actively.
When a call is open, you can read its details and submit your application by following the published instructions.
Once we receive your application, we will review it according to each project’s eligibility and selection criteria. If you are selected, we will guide you through the next steps and provide the information you need to prepare.
Our goal is for you to enjoy the experience from the outset, with clear information and support from our team.
Of course! Not every opportunity begins with a journey.
From Purchena, we promote cultural activities, youth gatherings, workshops, creative initiatives, community actions and participatory spaces where you can share ideas and develop new skills.
We want young people to play a leading role in our local community, with initiatives that reflect their own interests and concerns.
Whether you have an idea, want to collaborate or simply wish to learn more about us, our doors are open.
Not necessarily!
Many of our activities are designed for young people taking their first steps in participation or international cooperation.
Each project has its own requirements. While some may call for specific language skills, others use participatory methods, group activities and non-formal education to support communication and intercultural learning.
What matters most is your motivation, commitment and openness to different perspectives.
We all have something to learn and something to contribute.
